Abstract: This study was conducted with the aim of identifying and ranking the variables affecting the development of evaluation of applied training workshops for employees of Parsian Bank branches in Tehran. The research method was descriptive-survey and applied. The statistical population of this study consists of deputy directors, managers and employees (experts) of one of the Parsian Bank branches in Tehran in 1403 who have more than 5 years of work experience. The sample size in the first phase, which included professors and experts, was 20 people (including 4 university professors and 16 industry experts, managers and deputy directors of Parsian Bank branches) and in the second phase was 40 people. According to the statistical population, the census sampling method was used. The data were collected and analyzed using a fuzzy pairwise comparison questionnaire and based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) method. The findings showed that the criterion of "educational evaluation and monitoring" with a weight of 0.201 is the most important variable, followed by "educational needs assessment" (0.167) and "educational content quality" (0.147). Also, sub-criteria such as "employee skill gap analysis" and "use of interactive methods" had the greatest impact. The results of this study can help bank managers in designing and improving effective training programs.
