Even though the current situation of automobile industry is far from the ideal one, this stimulus-package can improve automobile economy and consequently part manufacturing and other relevant industries regarding the role of automobile industry in the economy of Iran as economic locomotive.

If granting these facilities in financial supportive package of the government is implemented by accurate and appropriate administrative methods, it can be a good stimulus in short-term for demanding domestic automobiles and accumulated products will help to launch and use product capacity. Because of high volume of accumulated automobiles and fair price of these facilities, successful implementation of this project can create appropriate liquidity and working capital for automakers and consequently part makers and other related industries. In fact, this plan is not like previous supportive plans of the government which increased the deferred liabilities of automakers by paying bank facilities and yet had the least impact on automobile industry. Successful implementation of this project will lead to provide liquidity and working capital of automakers from bank resources without increase in arrears and guarantee resource return by people to the banks. Regarding long-term payment of these facilities and also predicting inflation rates about 15 per cent in the coming years, it would be easier and more attractive for customers to pay in long-term, but it should be considered in terms of implementation the project to transfer the properties of these cars in this period otherwise customers will begin to transfer and sell them illegally that would lead to many problems in the society both in paying the installments and transferring the automobiles. The important issue for success of this project is the quality of the products and services after selling domestic automobiles in addition to granting the facilities. Automakers should consider the quality of domestic cars and their services in order to obtain people’s welcome otherwise the continuity of current situation of automobiles will forbid buyers. On the other hand, failure to improve the quality of products and lack of customer satisfaction can endanger the payment of the installments and returning the resources to the banks.
