Reviewing the recent selected titles by the Supreme Leader indicates that economic demands have been at his top priorities in the decade of progress and justice. Specifically, naming the years has had economic entity since 1387 including innovation and prosperity, reformation of consumption pattern, double efforts and double work, economic Jihad, national Production; supporting Iranian capital and labour, political and economic epic, economy and culture with national determination and Jihadi management. It has been tried to achieve to the goals of the fourth decade of the Islamic Revolution. Yet, the motto of 1395 indicates that we are still at the beginning of the long road and many obstacles are ahead of implementing Economy of Resistance.

It seems that some officials do not believe endogenous development model. They consider the only path of Iran’s progress in line with global economy. In a sense, economic strongholds have been occupied with liberalism. How Economy of Resistance, a model with internal base, can be implemented in this situation?

Therefore, it is necessary to deal with the thought in the first step. This way of thinking does not believe internal development and domestic ability. However, it exists in intellectual and political atmosphere of the country about a century.

Accurate indexes should be specified to achieve the economic model in the second step that the supreme Leader expressed entitled as “ten necessary measures to save national economy” in a meeting with a large gathering of pilgrims at Imam Reza’s Holy Shrine.

Focusing on those economic chains of activities that have priority, reviving domestic production, avoiding imports that weaken domestic production, avoiding loss of financial resources that they should be entered to the country after JCPOA, becoming knowledge-based the sensitive and important economic areas reviving economic sectors that have been invested before, setting strict terms for the transfer of technology in all foreign transactions that we carry out, combating corruption, economic rents and smuggling in a serious manner, energy optimization, and taking a particular outlook towards medium-sized and small industries were ten issues stated by the Supreme Leader in order to implement Economy of Resistance. Definitely, the main demand of the public from every three branches is presenting a transparency report of performance in these areas
