Fundamental understanding about the macro issues of the country can be inferred among his visits with members of the Assembly of Experts and also members of the Cabinet. His statements explained clearly line of revolutionary attitude toward economic issues about theoretical dimensions of country’s move toward resistive economy model and ultimately the necessity of economic preparedness of all segments of society in visiting members of the Assembly of Experts.

The point that should be always considered by officials and the public is the concept, content and reason of movements which the global arrogance led by the US in different international dimensions is designing and implementing them.

The content and origin of all the strategies and political, economic and military movements is based on a model of world order designed and introduced to all countries by arrogant countries. In fact, the global arrogance led by the US has designed a model for the whole world and it seeks to induce it to all countries in any way to the people, governments, MPs, and decision makers and this is because of hegemonic approach of these countries. The important point in this model is the quality of focusing on resources. The designed and recommended political, economic, cultural and based on value model of arrogance to the whole world has been designed in a such a way that it would lead to centralization of power, wealth, capital, looks, attentions, models and values in the utopia of arrogance which it is the U.S.

Using competition keyword is the output of capitalism and classic economic thinking in the economic dimension and it has resulted in concentrating resources and wealth and creating monopolies and large international companies in the arrogant countries. Also from legal aspect, legal international structure has been arranged so that it guarantees this concentration. The structure of international institutions like the United Nations and the UN Security Council can be considered as instances of the legal institutions.

The main expectation of power system is being followed this model by other countries and all countries should accept this model as their main principles and considered interpretations of these countries be accepted even about international desirable words and expressions such as equality and human rights.

Designing and presenting this model to the global community has requirements including political, economic and intellectual dependencies of other countries on arrogant countries in other words, political and economic superpower and it is a principle that is contradictory with principles of revolutionary thought and foundations of the Islamic Republic.

There is no such thing as dependence in the Islamic intellectual system and it has been negated even in many cases and even in the explicit letter of the Quran. It is in contrast with freedom principle which one of its instances is independence of the country and the Islamic regime and the principle, which it has leaded power system’s contrast with revolution principles and the existence of the Islamic Republic, is this one. But, one of the main parts of this contrast is economic domain. In the recent years, enemies seeking to overthrow the Islamic Republic are looking for hitting the system via economic domain because of disappointment of other areas i.e. the enemy’s economic war strategy identified correctly by the Supreme Leader from many years ago and it had looked for directing sources and talents of country toward strengthening economic vigor. But contrastive strategy defined by the Supreme Leader against it was resistive economy as a single economic model was coherent and comprehensive for country’s economy.

But there are some important points should be considered regarding resistive economy:

First of all it is necessary to develop a comprehensive operational plan including all economic capacities of country and defining a strategic plan for every single available responsibility in order to achieve this model. The Supreme Leader expects government to do it because of dominating on executive affairs in this branch and it is necessary to be taken important steps by the government cooperating with other main branches, using the ideas of elites and experts in the country, utilizing potential of private and quasi-governmental institutions and also using unique abilities of people in this regard.

The main feature of the mentioned operational plan is comprehensiveness, holism, exact definition of communication and organizational interactions, dividing duties, professionalism, and organizational interaction and collaboration which it should be considered in developing process of the plan. Establishing command Headquarter of resistive economy is one of expectation of the Supreme Leader from the Government, particularly the president. It is hoped to be taken seriously. This headquarter should be responsible for explaining, policy-making, coordinating, interacting with other organizations, controlling the achievement of resistive economy policies, identifying weaknesses, strengths and obstacles facing this comprehensive operational plan.

The second point is that resistive economy policies should not be considered like duties of organizations and governmental intuitions. Each organization and institution has a description of duties that it should be accomplished routinely. But resistive economy policies direct the available organizational description of duties and draw general outlines for them. In fact, the principles of resistive economy are guiding and directing the organizational measures and implementations that they should not be confused with each other.

The third one is a necessity of strategic look in developing the mentioned operational plan. Strategic look means exact, scheduled, targeted, prioritized, step by step planning and with full monitoring of active and passive movements of rivals and enemies. Enemies took advantage of this instrument in economic contrast with Islamic Republic well and they targeted sensitive parts of the country step by step and it is necessary that our country takes advantage this instrument to contrast with economic attacks of enemy too.

The fourth point is the necessity of utilizing abilities of the public. It is necessary that all segments of society, according to their capabilities and responsibilities, reach all their sets to the maximized preparedness in this economic war and identify their duties and perform them well in line with the mentioned developed comprehensive plan. Different segments of society should reach to this sensitivity with publicizing and informing correctly to provide strength necessities of economic vigor much more and stand against enemy’s strategies with wisdom, strength and trust in God in order to neutralize the enemy’s economic plots.

The 5th point about resistive economy is a necessity to direct all medium-term and short-term plans and other general policies developed by authorities in charge in different issues according to the resistive economy policies. It is necessary resistive economy policies to be induced in all programs of country until they be implemented without any interference, fast, carefully and harmoniously. The 6th development plan and annual plans of the government’s budget and general policies developed by responsible centers like Expediency Council like general policies of science and technology are among the issues that the principles of resistive economy should be considered in developing them.
Finally, it can be pointed out to the important issue that the condition of achieving to resistive economy in the first step is developing comprehensive operational plan by government and necessity of strategic look and preparedness of all the public for accomplishing in achieving this plan in order to achieve powerful, pioneer and invulnerable economy by implementing this model.
